Where can I buy a Geico Gecko Bobble-Head?

After seeing a Progressive Flo bobble-head in a Super Bowl commercial, I began to wonder whether her arch rival the Geico Gecko also had one! After an extensive search on the web I was not able to find one on the major retailers but I did come across several for sale on eBay.

The Geico Gecko with his English (or Australian) accent is one of the ‘celebrities’ taking the advertising by storm, and strangely enough all the more famous ones are for car insurance commercials. There’s something so quaint and cute about the Gecko though; while Flo is seen as a little quirky, the Gecko has charisma and charm and is certainly one of the best spoke persons (animals) to have hit the TV for a long time.

What makes the Geico Gecko so precious is his wonderfully apologetic tone and yet he seems to be so trustworthy, which is exactly what Geico want you to believe. There are many icons in this world and it’s very strange that a couple of the top Icons of the last few years are actually made famous simply because of a decent Ad campaign by an insurance company.

The Geico Gecko bobble-head is a great way to immortalize the Gecko, and is also a great talking point – in a few years when the Geico commercials no longer use him, people will become nostalgic when they spot your bobble head!
